除对新一代测序 (NGS) 文库进行样品质量控制外，生物分析仪 DNA 分析还可用于其他研究应用，包括 PCR 扩增子分析、多重 PCR 扩增子分析、通过 RT-PCR 的基因表达分析、限制性片段分析，以及在基因编辑研究中检测靶向切割。
